complete Volvo E-Fan assembly for 91+ 2/7/9xx series 700

It's my understanding that Volvo actually made the 700 and maybe 200 models after 1990 to run purely on Electric Fans. I hear the 900's also run on E-fans only. I don't know how well they would fit.
People keep mentioning that if you can find one at pick and pull, etc it's a great idea.. yada yada. In the first place, it's used and bound to be at least a little sketchy and in the second place I have only ever seen two volvos at any pick and pull (been to 4) newer than 1989.

But I want to buy one new, or buy a new fan to use and not have it be all slipshod.

I keep looking, but I haven't seen a site selling a new E-fan for the 91+ 700 series. Everyone has the aux fan, but not a soul even lists a main electric fan.

Anyone know where to find one? Or an exact GM model and year to pull an electric fan assembly from that will fit? Or an exact GM model car to order a new one for?
