122 clutch 120-130 1967

I rebuilt the master and slave clutch cylinders - no pitting seen, all nice and smooth inside. I have bled the clutch many times to remove air and think that there is no air in the system. When someone pushes the pedal, the clutch actuator arm moves and the clutch seems to work. However, the arm slowly moves back into the unengaged position even when the pedal is held to the floor. I see no fluid leaking or in the boots of either cylinder.

How can I tell if there is a problem with either cylinder?

Does anyone have a spare clutch cylinder I could borrow to test?

Thanks!
