Caliper Bolt? 120-130

I really need to get a micrometer. I only *just* got myself a digital multimeter...

I tried the little combs from my tap and die kit with no match and I tried meshing the bolt to a variety of things at the hardware store.

The plate on the car when I started is from the 1965 crossmember. However, because of the broken bolt, I swapped on a cleaned and repainted plate from my parts stash. It's either 67 or 68. That's the plate I was trying to match (along with the bolt) at the hardware store.
