codes 200 1989

I have some code issues that I would like help pondering if any one is interested.
The car is a 1989 240 non turbo with a ton of miles on it and it runs really well. within 2 seconds of starting the car I get a C.E.L. (port#2) codes 231 and 221.
I have replaced both the AMM and the 0-2 sensor, all the contacts on both connectors look good.
I reset the codes and still within 2 seconds of starting the car the C.E.L. pops on and again the same two codes.
So I'm thinking bad ground somewhere?
Would low fuel pressure hit a code that quickly?I have not checked it but it always starts really easy and makes no pump noise, and drives really well.
any thoughts?
thanks
