For the 231 you have to determine if you are running lean or rich at start up. Is the AMM a refurb/remanufactured unit. They have a bad rep. Also, if you are just starting her up, you are still parked, so you the lean-ness/richness should be at idle, not cruise like the code suggests. Maybe you might want to adjust your TPS.

I think the o2 sensor heated wires get signal from the ECU, while it is possible that you installed a bad sensor, or the sensor has gone bad prematurely, you might want to check the ECU connections. I don't now too much about this, and could be wrong. Others can tell you better.
