Need advice on countering a lowball appraisal from Insurance company 200 1985

A distracted lady clipped the front left corner of my 245, tearing the bumper off with very minor damage to the wagon. My wagon is (or was) in very good condition (straight body, good paint, upgraded cloth interior, virgo wheels etc) and the clowns at her insurance company want to declare it a total loss and give me $930 for it!! If I want to keep it, they give me around $750. What medication are those people taking? Where can we get a top condition 240 for $930/? The body shop estimate for the damage was in the $1,800 range. Are there any resources / arguments that may work to get fair compensation? I am not letting go of my wagon, in fact I already fixed it myself, but the lowball offer is an insult.
