rear header pipe where mates up with cat 700 1988

The 3 holed clamp on the rear of the header pipe that mates up with the cat converter is rusting through. I cut the bolts to put on a new cat back.

Is there a way to get a new 3 holed flange clamp on the header pipe or am I screwed and have to buy a new header pipe ?

I can't get the bolts out of it either.

Is there a work around for this problem or will I have to bend over and take it from the Dealer

Funny thing is that old cat is a fixed flange and the new Bosal's flange is free flowing.

The old header pipes flange is free moving as well.

Thanks 4 the help
