Hi--I've never done this, but it looks easy enough as long as the old pad os fairly decent and you aren't too sloppy with the glue or adhesive.
This sell has a ton of positive feedbacks. Look at the negative feedbacks to get a feel.
This sell does a huge amount of business on ebay which give me confidence.
I've been ebaying for a long time and would buy from this buyer.
In fact a lot of PV parts are now listed by me on evay.
