Puckering vinyl on top if door panels - how to repair? Anyone done it? 900 1995

Can the puckering, pulled vinyl on 940 door panels be repaired either at home or by an upholstery shop? It seems to be worst on the top near the lock button, I guess from sun exposure. Has anyone here reglued or replaced the vinyl? Thanks!
