ICU, front pump or fuel pump relay bad on my 89 240?(HELP ME OUT GUYS) :-) 200

Fellas:
Here is a list of replaced items
1.Plugs
2.Cap
3.Rotor
4.Fuel pressure regulator
5.Mass air flow meter
6.In tank pump
7.In line fuel filter.

Two days ago, I replaced the intank pump and filter and started her up. She seemed to stop dying under load and I thought the problem was fixed. Today it was around 58 degrees this am and I put her on the road to get an inspection which was 3 miles away. She ran perfectly. I got back in the car 15 mins later and she was doing the same thing stumbling under load. I have read that some of the 89's had bad computers that may effect the injection? Its odd that when the car was cold she ran perfect. One other issue that I am not sure if is related is that the temp guage does not work. I wasnt sure if a bad fuel relay would cause this type of problem. When I replaced the inline filter I did notice that the front pump looked original(180k) on the car. I just picked her up a few months ago, but havent put her on the road until today, because I never got the stumbling issue resolved.
