Door hinges from a 240 on 164? 140-160 1971

Does anyone have an idea whether door hinges from an older 240 will fit a 164? There was a thread about this earlier in the year and maybe some of you remember. I tried to revive that thread but alas it looked retired.

There was some speculation that hinges from an older 240 would fit. There was also some distinction between grease hinges and ..? Mine are in decent shape but the drivers side doors are sagging a bit and I have to lift slightly to close them right.
