1998 S90 routine maintenance - need advice S90-V90

With 140K on the clock I would changeout the following :

Both belts(serp. and T-belt).
T-belt tensioner
T-belt pulleys (2) IIRC
Serp. tensioner pulley
water pump
atf (to synthetic)
coolant
reservoir cap
thermostat

check for a coolant leak at the underside of the driver's side, upper, plastic radiator hose connection. They crack and leak there until they fail catastrophically.

My data hows a OBDII P0161 code as an O2 sensor, not an ECT.
