What parts effect fuel pressure? 200

i have tried the great suggestions regarding my 240 and have traced it to here. As mentioned before if its cold outside the car will start and idle under load. I can also mov it around the yard. Once she warms up its a different beast then. She will not move once placed in gear she will stumble and shut off if i depress the gas pedal. She will start right up immediately. Here is the kicker..When I pinch the return line by the injection rail with some small channel locks she runs perfect and its no longer a problem under load??? What can cause the car to no longer stumble while the return line is pinched? i will try to attach a pic to show you guys.

So far i changed everything that I can think of except the front pump.
I checked the fuel pump relay it worked
..I check the vacuum lines
..new Tank Pump/fliter
..new inline filter
..replaced the fuel regulator
..new air filter
..cleaned the IAC motor
