New Seat, New Problem 200 1992

Well since Volvo recently stopped production on replacement seat foam (as I was told by ipd), I went ahead and ordered a bottom foam pad for my 92. It finally came, apparently canada is a lot farther away than I had thought. I ripped out the seat and put it in, and BAM it feels like a new car. However, some completely unrelated problem arose at the same time. I left for work a little while after the foam replacement and noticed a strange vibration/rubbing noise coming from the front of the car from 0-20mph. I later realized this only happens when I make right turns and go slow. I pulled over checked clearance and other basic stuff and nothing was glaringly wrong, so I kept driving.

Any Ideas?

Also I stopped for some gas and a guy from an 850 approached me and asked if my 240 was for sale and I said no obviously and then he preceded 'if you ever change your mind' and gave me his business card, turns out he is a salesman at the local Volvo dealer, the same one my 240 was delivered to back in late 91.
