no headlights -- wrong relay 200 1993

I have the 1" by 1" relay out that is usually the culprit.I am not sure but it is at the drivers left foot area and it is white case,the number on it is 1324675,...

That's not the Main Headlight relay, its the delay timer for rear window defrost.

You need the one located where Jesse and Aye Roll suggested below.

Its Volvo # is 1324675, but may have a Bosch # on it.
Bosch 0 332 015 006 (or 012) is what you want.
Metal-cased "cube" about 1"x1"x1".
