How can I adjust my speedometer? 120-130

185/65/15 are smaller diameter than the normal 165/15 so it should under read and not as you've posted elsewhere show a much higher reading. If the speedo was true, a reading of 70 would mean 67.45 actual.

If there is a speedo drive gear fitted in your spare BW35, check it with the one in the car. If they are different colours, swap them over. I don't know which colour is correct for the auto box. All wagons were fitted with a 4.56 axle.
