1986 Volvo 740 Turbo Clutch/Brake/Steering (Fluid?) issue 700 1986

I have a 1986 Volvo 740 turbo with a whole host of issues that have all begun together within the last week.

-The steering has been beginning to make a faint hum when turned (especially when not moving). I tried check the power steering fluid level, could not find the reservoir.

-The brake has been mimicking this hum over the last two days. Brake fluid is very low (1 cm below min line)

-Lastly, after removing the brake fluid cap quickly, the clutch pedal has become extremely loose, and I am unable to shift gears at all. Clutch had increasing resisted going into reverse until now.

Please help! I'm going now to get some DOT 4 brake fluid and I'll try bleeding it through the slave.
