Fuel Pump bad? Ned fuel line. S90-V90 1998

I noticed lately that my car seemed just a bit lacking in power. Not much, but noticable. Went to store and when I went to leave ran real rough. Put it in gear and it would hardly move. Turned it off and then it would fire but not run. I thought the timing had jumped. Towed home and checked belt. OK. Thought no fuel. Took off fuel filter @ the compresson fittings cause I couldn't get the "quick disconnects" off. Turned engine over and no fuel came out. Checked fuse. OK. Don't know how to check relay but the one for Air Pump is identical, so I swapped them. Still no fuel. I assume the pump is bad. Agreed? Then while trying to get fuel line off filter I broke the front one at the elbow. Anyone know where to get a replacement? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
This has been the BEST car I have ever owned. '98 S90 225,000miles. But now it's starting to nickel and dime me to death. 2 head gaskets, coil pack, now this. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks.
