Front End Shimmy and Alignment Problem 900 1992

1992 940 Turbo Wagon. 231K miles. No previous records. I have a moderate shimmy at speeds from 45-65 MPH. The steering wheel wants to rock back and forth about an inch. I moved the front tires to the rear with no change. When rotating the tires I found the tires worn on the inside edge (both tires) tapering to the outside which showed little or no wear. I had recently installed a rebuilt left caliper and new pads and rotors on both sides. This helped fix a hard pull to the right when braking but did not affect the shimmy. Car has a slight pull to the right when driving without braking.

Clearly I need an alignment but are there other parts that should be changed first? Bushings, ball joints, wheel bearings?
