I took my "87" GLE in for an estimate on installing new strut tubes. The mechanic has informed me that I need new bushings in the control arm and the radius rod. His solution is to purchase a new complete control arm and radius rod with bushings and install these parts. My thinking is to remove the formentioned parts and replace the bushings, but I'm no mechanic, any suggestions?
