timing marks 900 1992

Well...I got the new head on, new water pump, belt, tensioner, idlers,etc....I pulled the pin on the tensioner and rotated the engine by hand for two revolutions. The exhaust cam was off by one tooth; the intake and crank were right on... So I took it apart and started over; re-did the belt, tensioner etc....Pulled the tensioner pin again; rotated the engine by hand for 2 revolutions and now the intake timing mark is one tooth off but the crank and exhaust are lined up...Will this effect anything...Or do I have to do it all again?.....The car is a 1992 960 6cyl....
