Car Seats 700

Anyone out there have any experience in replacing the car seats in the 700 series sedans? The seats are manual adjusting, and when I took the passenger seat out, inadvertently the rails and bearings came out. Now the seat rocks back and forth. Who knows the secret to replacing the rails correctly??
