If he doesn't know SUs, NO he can't.
Even a lot of Volvo mechanics don't know SUs very well any more.
Get the Haynes SU book and read it thoroughly and do it yourself or get someone reputable (Jim Taylor in Bartlesville, Rhys in BC, Joe Curto in New York or any of a few others) to refurb them IF they need it.
