Sluggish performance 200 1993

Would appreciate advice from the Brickboarders re an issue with my 1993 240 wagon.

When pulling away when the engine is cold, the performance is peppy, to use a better word, performance is positive BUT, when engine warms up after a few minutes the pull away from stop is sluggish. There is also a slight 'blip' when I press the gas pedal.
