Poor Cold Starting 700 1989

Check the IAC to make sure it's not gummed up w/ oil fume deposites from the turbo. If the valve devise is not free to flop around spray the heck out of it with some brake cleaner until it frees up. Could also be some cracked solder joints in the injector relay.
