94 940 Sedan Bulb Failure Relay - Best way to remove? 900

Hi - I suspect I have a bad bulb failure relay (symptoms - no brake lights and cruise control does not work). I located the relay (relay panel behind fuse panel - red circular relay), but, can not figure out the best way to remove this relay for check/replacement. Any advice on the best way to replace/repair this relay would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Randy
