What needles are in your dual SU H4 carb setup with a B16? 444-544

Ok, I'm learning a little about SU H4 carbs..:)
Now I want to make sure I have the right needles. Err, is it stupid of me to ask that if you have a B16 engine & have researched this matter what size needles you use? No sense reinventing the wheel if someone has already done all the heavy lifting. :)
