Looking for a Fog light cover 200 1991

I am re-erecting my original bosch fog lights. I found that the lenses are not that tough to find so i am looking to remount and bring them back to life. I kept the wiring, switch and relay but I am missing one cover I lost when I hit a snowbank years ago breaking the lense. These were rectangular black plastic covers about 3"x6" that snapped over the glass lense. It had Volvo in white bold lettering. Does anyone know were I might find one or even a pair? I have never seen them anywhere other than on my car. They were an option a got in 91. They fogs mount under the bumper.
