How do I adjust the idle on my 89 240? 200

I have a high idle that came on recently. I have cleaned the throttle body and idle control valve. I pulled ICV off and confirmed it does open and close properly. I checked for vacuum leaks on all the hoses. I assume I can just lower the idle down now. It is up to about 1600 in park and about 1000 in drive. My Haynes manual gives me information that is irrelevant to my car. It shows an idle adjustment knob that is not present on my vehicle.
