Need help changing to different speedometer 200

Dave,

The 2 wires leaving 229(tone ring sensor) go to the speedometer via the L connector. I just checked the L connector on both the 1990 and 1993. Both had just 3 wires. The "L connector" is 233 on the schematic. I may have stumbled across something. It looks like 233/1 and 233/2 have been reversed from 1990 to 1993. This might explain my speedo not working. Check out the speedo(228) at Bentley page 390-51 vs 390-63 and tell me what you think. It might be as simple as reversing the 2 on the circuit board. 31 is the number of the large circular plug on the cluster, 32 is the half moon. 31/6 is wire number 6 on this connector. The speedometer(228) on both the 1990 and 1993 connect 31/6 to(214/6) and 203 to (171/5) which I haven't identified yet.

Bentley uses A1 and F1 just as references points from the left page to the right page. Just connect them mentally.
