noise when shifting 900 1993

Hello all-

I'm in the process of fixing up my latest - '93 940 turbo wagon, 320,000 km - and the next item on the list is shifter noise. It clunks when you shift - can anyone talk about this one? This is my first automatic, so although I think it's a bushing, I have no idea if it's nearby (ie easily accessible) or difficult to find.

I'm still waiting to track down a Haynes for this one; from the research I've done, it seems that the 740/760 issue is the closest I'll get. Any comments?

Thanks in advance-
Eric
