EZ116K No spark. What am I missing? 200

EZ116K No spark. What am I missing?
I’m swapping an ‘89 B230F (EZ116K) into an Amazon and by all rights it should at this point start, but there is no spark.
I’ve gone through the wiring (the complete original wiring harness) time and time again. Everything checks out as per the Bentley Bible (pp280-10 - pp280-12). All of the voltages and resistances are on the money. The donor car ran very well.
Now here is where it may get sticky…
As part of the swap I installed an M47 tranny instead of the AW71. The neutral switch has been jumpered, but is there something else I’m missing?
Basic info
‘65 Amazon
‘89 B230F
M47 (AW71 originally)
EZ116K #148
Jetronic #561 (no egr)
Complete ‘89 wiring harness incl. instrument panel
EZ116K – terminal 6 = 12v
Terminals 14 & 20 grounds good
Coolant sensor @75f 1100 ohms
Throttle switch terminal 7 good
Terminal 8 “load” from ECU 0.1V
Engine speed sensor Terminals 10 & 23, 175 ohms
Power amplifier terminal 4 to terminal 2 = 12V
Coil is good & tested with a known good spare
Switching signal to power amplifier 0V – 2V flux.
I’ve also tried 3 different power amplifiers

Any suggestions for whatever it is that I’ve forgotten, overlooked or just don’t know about?
