3 month old rotor/pads grinding 200

I replaced my front rotors and pads at the end of July and have in the past few weeks noticed that when I have the car slowing below 15 mph (out of gear, m46) the front brakes sound more like the pads are worn down and grinding. Before I get the time (not likely this week) to pull the tire off and take a look I was hoping someone would point me in the right direction as to what might be the problem.
