New Windshield Seal Failed on Installation 120-130

Ive had my w/s out three times trying to solve the water leak,You seem to be doing everthing correctly.Seems to work better with two people. Also when setting it into the body I try and push it down into the lower edge as far as possible. The person on the outside can help by pushing slightly on the rubber seal while you slowly pull the cord.
Got my seal from swedish treasures.

Good Luck
John

PS I still have the Leak ????
