Front brakes are squeaking bad. Calipers need attention and disks are warped.

Here's the question; how do you remove the caliper when there are two brake lines running to it? Usually, I just spin the caliper off of the brake line but, I can't do that if there are two lines going to it. Is there another fitting somewhere that lets me take each of the brake lines totally off first?

Are the calipers repairable or is it better to replace them?
