Waterpump or Headgasket 200

I noticed over the weekend I was slowly losing coolant, after a little poking around under the hood it looks as if the coolant is leaking from the top of the water pump. The leak stops once the engine is warmed up and will leak again once it cools off. I replaced the water pump about 18 months ago so I'm thinking either I have a bad pump, bad pump seal or it's a headgasket. Engine oil looks good, nice and clean no evidence of coolant.

Car is a 89 245 with mystery miles, I've had her for about 3 years.

Opinions?
