Intermittent Problem - Step on the gas and it goes slower 200 1990

Lately I notice stumbling or loss of power under light to moderate acceleration. This problem is quite intermittent: I might go a week with no problems and then I'll barely be able to keep it above 40 mph while accelerating up a slight incline.

Does this sound like fuel delivery? The car idles perfect, runs fine around town (<30 mph). Ti will even run at 75 on the hwy, but will eventually will have this loss of power problem. The car is well maintained and has had a recent tune up. I have the problem with a full and low fuel tank.

Thanks in advance.

Matt
