Can't get my 245 automatic to shift into reverse 200

Check your motor mounts and transmission mount-- if they are worn or broken the shifter linkage can become misaligned. It could also be related to the shifter linkage itself-- I have no experience beyond replacing worn bushings. When they are worn the shifter usually just becomes sloppy. There are pictures in the archives of how to dismantle the shifter knob in case your diagnosis points to the shifter lock knob itself.

Good luck!
