Ester or Pag Oil and What Viscosity? 200

I am going to change over to R134 and there is Ester Oil and Pag Oil.Which one is the correct one to use or is one better then the other? Also thay both have Low-Med. and High Viscosity. I live in a hot and humid area on the border of S.C. and Georgia so would a high viscosity be the best way to go? Thanks for any help. Charlie
