Center support bearing 200 1989

So, I got my parts from FCP Groton, brought them to local transmission shop to be installed for $75, good price, nice guys, can't beat it.

Well, now I have a vibration when I start from a complete stop. So I am bringing her back tomorrow and I'm going to go over it with them.

I noticed the guy that did the actual work only painted one reference line between the two halves with the shaft off the car. I don't believe he marked the yokes. I also think that the rubber support may have been put on wrong. The rear diff is nice and full, and she wasn't vibrating before. U-joints are in surprisingly good shape. So here are the questions:

Which side is of the rubber support supposed to face forward toward the transmission?

And is there supposed to be any kind of lubrication between the rubber and the bearing?

Thanks,
Justin
