Stupid Dashboard Questions 444-544

I purchased my '65 PV many years ago in a disassembled state. The dash was removed from the car & all instruments, switches, and wiring were removed BJ (before Joe). I have a couple of stupid questions...

1) Which indicator is for the charge & which is oil pressure (red on left of steering column; orange on right)?

2) Is the light switch installed above the heater controls, or is that where the choke pull goes?

3) If the light switch is above the heater controls, is the choke pull installed just to the left of the steering column?

4) Is the heater blower switch installed just to the right of the heater controls?
