Rad fan. Sucker or Blower? 1800

May sound like a dumb question but in the industrial engine world some suck and some blow. I have worked on many where the cooling fan has been installed backwards so this question i ask....and also becuase i have little auto engine world knowledge

on the B20 73ES is the cooling fan sucking air from the engine and blowing out through the rad--or--sucking air through the rad and blowing it over the engine?

Mine is currently sucking from the engine and blowing through the rad. In other words. At idle if you remove the front grill and stick your hand on the front face of the rad I can feel air blowing through the rad, from the engine bay. Is this correct?
