Crank Gear Frozen

I have a B230 and cannot get the crank gear/sprocket off the crank shaft.I cleaned it with carb cleaner. Blew it out with air and applied PB Blaster (penetrant). I have even used a gear puller but it won't budge! I would cut it off with a cutting wheel on a dremel tool but there isn't enough clearance. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
