i have noted an intermittent fuel pump buzz off and on lately. my car is an 1989
245. The in tank pump has about 25k miles on it. the main pump has about 10k
miles . the fuel pump relay is new. I notice sometomes on my short drive to work occasionally that the pump will make a slightly louder buzzing sound than usual. It is not real loud but it is noticably louder than normal. It is not nearlly as loud as the sound the old pump made before i replaced it. The car accelerates and drives fine and i am not sure there is really anything wrong.
If there is something wrong how can i diagnose something that is that intermittent? Any thoughts/suggestions would be apreciated thank you in advance.
