There is not a bellhousing that will mate the M41 to the B30.
Also the input shaft on the M41 is likely too short and smaller spline
than the normal B30 clutch.

Consider Matt's offer of an M410 - that is the reasonable way to do it and then you will not have to fabricate "One-off" parts which will be unreplaceable.
