Volvo OE central lock system 200 1987

I installed a mint condition OE central lock system on my 1987 240 euro version almost a year already. My problem are the following:

1. Intermittently, when driving and I pull on the driver side door lock to unlock the other 3 doors, there is sometimes a delay (3-5 minutes, sometimes longer) before it unlocks the 3 doors. There are also cases everything seemed to be normal.

2. When using the remote keyless entry (Clifford alarm system) to unlock the doors, there is a secondary "tick" sound (sounds like the actuator) coming from the rear driver side door.

What seems to be the problem? Inputs will be greatly appreciated.
