Exhaust pipe behind Cat rubbing underside 200

I installed an aftermarket Cat with the 38" pipe a few years ago. At that time I noticed a close fit. But with a recent failure of the transmission mount I now have the pipe less than a 1/4" from the underside of the car just in front of the front muffler. I fixed the transmission mount but it did not correct the problem. The exhaust pipe rubs or hits the underside and makes a vibration noise. Anyone had the same problem and and solution?
