120 vs 140 Springs 120-130 1967

I'm looking at some overload springs from a 140 wagon. I'm wondering if the similarity between the the 122 Wagon rear axle and the 140 wagon rear axle is such that springs could be swapped between the two.

Of course 140 springs are probably "calibrated" for the heavier 140, but if the fit is good it might be worth it just to play around a bit...
