Stumble/Slow accelerate in wet 200 1989

Hi all,
The blue beauty has an issue. When wet out, rain or melted snow on road with no rain, the car hesitates and will accellerate very slow with major miss. When dry it ran great until today. It is cold 30 degrees today and dry (ffrozen) but still hesitating and stumbling. once up to speed it runs normally. I had an intank pump issue 3 months ago that gave similar but not as severe symptoms that ceased when I replaced the pump. The car has a fresh tune, clean throttle body etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I do have a stash of all the usual suspects as far as fault finding goes, but I haven't swapped anything yet.
Thanks,
Palmer
