How do you pry off cover to replace light above rear ashtray? 200

Does the little cover for the light above the rear ashtray pry off just by some gentle prying with a little screw driver, or is there a trick to avoid damaging the cover???

The Bentley manual just refers to "prying out plastic cover" and that's it.
